In 2026, Vivinvest continues the development of residential projects in the Czech Republic and Spain. We are entering new stages in our key projects in Prague while simultaneously launching sales of our international project on the Costa del Sol. In this article, we provide the latest updates and an overview of the main milestones across Vivinvest’s ongoing projects.
Dukelských Hrdinů (Prague 7): key approvals secured
At the beginning of 2026, the Dukelských Hrdinů project in Prague 7 entered a decisive phase of the permitting process. Over the past year, the team completed a demanding, multi-stage review procedure, resulting in the acquisition of key positive approvals.
These approvals allow us to finalize the project documentation and submit the complete building permit application to the construction authority in the near future, moving the project into its next stage of implementation.
Byty Malešická (Prague 3): preparation for the architectural phase
In 2026, the Byty Malešická project in Prague 3 is in the documentation preparation stage.
In the coming period, we will introduce the selected architectural partner, with whom the initial creative phase of the building design will commence — the development of the architectural concept for the future residential complex.
Hostivař – apartments on Pražská (Prague 15): confirmation at municipal level
In 2026, the Hostivař – Apartments on Pražská project in Prague 15 has approached the final stage of documentation preparation.
The team’s primary objective at present is to complete the final documentation required for submitting the building permit application. This step is a key priority for the project and significantly impacts the overall implementation timeline.
Alcántara del Mar (Marbella, Spain): official sales launch
The international project Alcántara del Mar in Marbella entered its active commercial phase in 2026.
On 15 January 2026, official sales commenced within the Alcántara del Mar project. Strong interest from clients and investors was recorded from the outset.
The first unit sold was a townhouse valued at EUR 1.1 million, confirming the project’s attractiveness, the effectiveness of the chosen pricing strategy, and the strong demand for high-quality residential properties in this part of the Costa del Sol.
A tender process among construction companies is currently underway, following which the general contractor will be appointed.
Upon completion of the selection process, we will be able to:
- announce the selected contractor,
- confirm the commencement date of construction works,
- officially declare the launch of Phase I and Phase II of the development — apartments and townhouses.
Vivinvest’s projects in 2026 continue to progress steadily — from the completion of key approval processes and documentation preparation in Prague to the launch of sales in Spain.
