As of July 31, 2025, only 6 family apartments remain available for sale in the Zelené Kaskády residential complex (Prague 9) out of a total of 86 units. The project was developed between 2022 and 2025, with construction completed in March 2025. The final phase of sales is now underway, and the complex is gradually being occupied. Once the remaining apartments are sold, the project will be fully completed.

The project took place between 2023 and 2024, involving a full renovation of the building, preparation for occupancy approval, and final construction works, with official approval granted at the end of 2024.
